Bad news...do not waste your time! 1. The optometrist was not there when we arrived for our appointment and the optometrist noted on the website is not the one doing the tests. The optometrist listed on the website (Sharon) was referred to as the "manager." 2. Three hours later we were finally are complete. 3. It takes 4-6 weeks to receive your eyeglasses (we have been wearing eyeglasses many years from many states and it has NEVER taken 4-6 weeks). 4. Two sets of glasses arrived but the last pair had not. I called a few times to make sure my glasses had not come in...they had not. At week four I asked that Milasia call to see if there was a problem. After rudeness, I was informed to just wait the 6 weeks. Guess who did not have glasses at the six week mark?!?! My frame was out of stock and according to the Asst. Mgr., Maria, "this is something that should have been addressed weeks ago..." Bad experience...fortunately we only go once a year. :))

Im never going back here again 2 months and still hasnt received my stuff. I was told it was ordered but in fact it was never sent off .NEVER GOING BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE,I HAVE 2 STARS BECAUSE WHEN I FIRST WENT IN THE LADY WAS NICE .THAT IS ALL I AM REALLY CONSIDERING OF GIVING 1 STAR THIS IS CRAZY....

The staff is very nice and friendly the doctor is there when i have a appointment there and when i go back there to pick up my glasses they r there for pick up.
