I spoke with someone about picking up a part, let them know where I was coming from and that I would be there 5:30 on the dot... After expressing how imperative it was that I purchased my battery that day, he agreed to give me a couple minute grace period. I showed up at 5:28 mind you they "close" at 5:30, and I had spoken with the gentleman not 20 minutes earlier, the gates were locked and no one was answering the phone... What happened to customer service... They wont get my business in the future... If you dont want to wait, say so so I dont waist my gas that could have gone to me purchasing somewhere else where they will appreciate my business...
