Horrible customer service. Stood out check out register for over ten minutes while watching employees come and go from parts counter and socializing with each other. Nobody even acknowledged us. After waiting, I heard a manager tell a woman to go check us out, but she finished her conversation with her coworker before attending to our needs.

So I went in to get a motor for my window. I was in there for 35 minutes. I stood in line for 25 minutes. I was in line to checkout for 10. The bad part is I called in ahead of time for them to pull my part. They had 30 people walking around and everyone was too busy
