I completely agree with the review below. I have had the same unfortunate dealings myself. It is a shame that nothing has changed with this store after so much time has passed. If you think they are bad in person they are horrific over the phone where they dont have to deal with you face to face. They will NEVER receive MY business again!

Hard to agree or disagree with some of the post in here, no one here is a master mechanic and if your a do it your self, you should know what to do, slow service is true... would make a huge difference is they had more people during a shift and some ASE CERTIFIED EMPLOYEES....

Ive never had an issue with anyone or anything in the store. Im an avid shopper of the store and pretty much know of all the employees in there. Ive always gotten treated with the utmost respect.

Im done with moron zone. A hole went above and beyond to deny a price already negotiated at the mcdonough store. Every has a crappy attitude and seem quite racist.
