Purchased struts from the store on Christmas Eve and had to pay $23 for expedited shipping for the parts to arrive on Friday. Asked the associate if it was going to be in later because of the holiday, I was told it would be shipped over night and be at the store in the morning. Called the store 3 different times and was told the parts would arrive at 3 different times. Gave the store a contact to call once the parts arrived, did not receive a single call. Customer service was poor and unprofessional... DO NOT BUY YOUR PARTS FROM THIS Advanced Auto Parts Store. Go with AutoZone, OReillys, or anywhere else.
