The owner is very knowledgable and helpful. My first time in the shop, he took the time to listen to what I was looking for and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt want or need. Unfortunately, the same cant be said about his staff - one guy in particular. Each time Ive gone into the shop, this guy will not even bother to pry his eyes away from his computer screen long enough to acknowledge that Im even there. And he seems to be the guy in charge when the owner is away. Last time I was in the shop I had a question, and the younger employee gestured toward the more experienced employee, but again he didnt even look up. I was excited to find that there was a bike shop close by, but as it turns out, Ill drive as far as I need to for good customer service. UPDATE: As you can see, the owner responded (very quickly) to my review. I will visit the shop again and adjust the rating. Thanks, Rick.

Rick was so helpful, nice and honest. He helped me put on a chain and purchase some items I needed when he was obviously very busy. I dont live near here but will definitely be back when Im on this side of town!! Thank you so much Rick!

These guys are the best! Rick, Caleb, Ryan and Tim are all friendly and know bikes. I have purchased two bikes and ordered a third from Adventure Cycles. I wont shop anywhere else.
