Wish I could give zero stars. Took a wheel there to be looked at. How to call to see if they had checked it a week later. Told I needed another wheel. Went to pick up the original wheel and no one was there when they were supposed to be open. Made another trip the next day got my original wheel and took it to another bike shop in Covington. The owner there said it could be fixed. I was about to pay 100 dollars for something that I didnt need.
