We were riding today in the Dahlonega area, and experienced two significant problems that ended our ride and put the rest of the weeks rides in jeopardy. Northstar Bicycles was recommended to us and we called because it was late in the day. They said they thought they could help, and so we drove the 20 minutes to get there. At 5:30 they immediately put the bike on the stand. Within a few minutes two people were working on the bike and completed the repairs. They were completely honest about the issues and repaired the freewheel and, at our request, replaced the front derailleur. We were treated very nicely and were out by the 6:00 closing time. The price was way more than fair and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Northstar to anyone!!

Excellent customer service. The owner was friendly & helpful. My bike needed a tune-up & was ready in a few days. Prices are very reasonable. They suggest what needs to be addressed on repairs and/or replacement. not pushy.
