Knoxville Bicycle Company is a fantastic bicycle shop which others should strive to emulate. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled mechanics. I have purchased three bikes from KBC in the past year, and my experience was great. The shop has a good selection of bikes in stock, and the shipping time to the store when ordering from the manufacturer was prompt if the proper size was not at the store. The shop sponsors and hosts group rides several times during the week; the people who lead these rides are welcoming and have inspired me to ride more often and strive for more difficult goals. I highly recommend Knoxville Bicycle Company for any service or bike purchase in your future.

KBC is a friendly neighborhood bicycle shop that is hard to find these days. It has a genuinely inviting atmosphere that puts you at ease as soon as the owner, Myron Price greats you. There is no pretense or judgment, just a true love of bicycling and an eagerness to get more folks involved. Some of the best service in any store I have ever patronized. If you have a bike that needs work, if you need a new ride or a n+1, this is the place to go.

Scott and the team at Knoxville Bicycle Company are simply the best. Very professional and easy to work with. Scott cares about getting it right, whether it be your bike fit or the right shoes and gear. Ive had bit fits before, but this was by far the best. Scott took his time, made simple small adjustments and continued to work with me over the course of a few weeks to make sure it was right. Great job KBC!

Great shop, inventory, and service. Brick and mortar shops cant compete with internet prices, but thats because the internet doesnt have to care if youre getting what you really need. Myron wants to make sure you get the right bike/accessories and hes going to stand behind them to keep you rolling. Keep your money local folks, support a great small business.
