I purchased a fitness bike from Reality. I am a beginner but the staff made me feel comfortable and patiently answered all of my questions. The environment is comfortable yet professional. They did not try to up-sell me on any of the equipment I bought - the original bike I went to look at was $100 more than the one they suggested. I shopped and read reviews and feel that I got exactly the products I need at a good price from Reality Bikes. They put my new bike together in a timely fashion and phoned me immediately when it was done, then took extra time on details such as showing me how to change a tire tube. Eventually I will upgrade bikes and go straight to Reality.

Great Bike Shop for just about any bike need. I have had service done at Reality Bikes and they are very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. The price for service and repairs just cannot be beat. Every time I get service on my bike I am pleased with the work. Just bought new tires from them today, my third set. Mike helped me pick out the right tire and tube for how and where I am riding. Just cant say enough nice things about them, Just Go, youll see. Thanks Guys, my rides are safer and more fun with your help.

Todd has done two bike fittings for me and I have been extremely happy with the process. Its clear Todd is very knowledge regarding all things cycling, and that knowledge pours through during his bike fits. The process was extensive and it has shown in my overall performance and comfort on the bike. After both fittings, I left with a detailed note sheet outlining my exact position on both bikes. Highly recommended to anyone seeking a quality bike fit!

Just got my bike back from them after they did cleanup/tune-up on it. Simply amazing. Shifts like new, brakes are perfect, perfectly clean......just amazing. They finished it earlier than they said by 2 days. They called to tell me that it was just completed just before they were about to close. They stayed open for 10 minutes for me to run up and get it. I bought my dream mountain bike at another bike shop and didnt get much help with the bike fit. "Looked good" I was told, but suffered with lower back pain for almost a year. Todd did a fantastic job in correcting a number of small problems that led to the back pain. Im now riding pain free and love my bike again. I highly recommend Todd for a bike fit in youre having any kind of pain while riding.

GO HERE! Please listen, if you are buying a bicycle even for a child the only thing that matters is bike fit! These guys are honest, friendly and are true pros. Please do not make the mistakes I have made that ended in severe back pain all because of not getting a proper fitbike fit. Take the time and get a bike fit. Pedal on.

Extremely poor customer service. Unwilling to help when inquiring about products they carry or if they would be willing to order them. When wanting to talk to someone about the bikes they carried, I was never offered any assistance. I was lied to by the assistant manager and the owner of the shop.

Todd and the staff at Reality Bikes are a rarity. A very well run small business. I now live in Colorado where bike shops are a dime-a-dozen....but I have to say NONE of them provide the friendly and family type of atmosphere that Reality Bikes does. Highly recommended.
