For years we have used Suwanee Creek Bicycles for all of our bike needs. We have consistently received top notch service, help with anything we have needed, and a fix for any problem we have had. My husband and I bought our two Giants before Suwanee Creek came to town, but Jeff has tuned and tweaked and tinkered with those bikes for as long as they have been in business, keeping them in top notch riding condition for us. We bought our two boys Fujis from him at a reasonable price and will absolutely go to him for our daughters bike. Jeff and Wendy at Suwanee Creek greet me on a first name basis and always have! Doing business at Suwanee Creek is kind of like doing life with them. And many people do with the many different community rides they do. It is a home town feel when you shop at Suwanee Creek. Wendy (and Jeff also) is so funny, you just want to stay and hang out a bit.

Jeff, we love you. My husband and I are not bike people so we took our 4yr sons First bike to this store to check if all OK before he start riding. Jeff checked all the bike parts, screws and corrected few of them that my husband put the other way round lol, he put air on tires and he gave it to my son. He started riding right there in the store and didnt want to stop. This means a lot to us. This will be our store for all bike needs. Wonderful staff.

Had a bike that I won in a bar in Las Vegas years ago. Dont think I ever rode it. Sat under the deck, rusted chain,frozen cables, and who knows what else. Grandkids want me to ride with them and was going to Hilton head. Dropped of bike,explained situation and they told me hed have it in time to leave. Just moved to Suwanee and was in desperate need of a bike fix. My rear derailleur was off line and the repair was beyond my ability. The owner was able to diagnose the problem pretty quickly and had my bike back to me within a few hours. Great service, very reasonable prices, and very nice people! Ill definitely be coming back!
