I had my bicycle shifters repaired here about a month ago. I got a quote for the repairs from the son for $45 total. So I went in and dropped off my bicycle for the repair and got the same $45 quote for parts and labor. I like to avoid miscommunication so I confirmed again that for the parts and labor of two shifter, the price is $45 total. The father confirmed. They estimated 5 days for the repair. Three weeks later, I still had not received a call or voicemail from Bike Town about my bike. I stopped by there and they had my bicycle repaired. When it was time to pay, the son rung me up for $95 for parts and labor. I reminded him of his quote to me for $45 for the job and he denied it. The father and owner, then walked up and also said that $95 was the price. I told them that both of them had personally quoted me $45 for the job, but they denied it. They took $20 off the price, but would not honor the $45 price they had given me when I gave them my bike. Well I couldnt just ask for them to take the shifters off, so I paid them and left with my bicycle. I am very disappointed with the service I received at Bike Town.

Took my new frame/components here for partial assembly and these guys were so nice and reasonably priced they ended up putting the whole bike tougher! Kevin and his staff are super knowledgeable and professional. The cost for assembly came out UNDER quoted price.... when do you see that these days??? Bike rides like its on glass, would do it all over again, A+ service/business!

The store has a great selection of bikes and accessories and is ran by very friendly, very helpful, and very knowledgeable people. Trent was very helpful with my purchase of my new Trek bike today. All around great experience. Glad to have Bike Town USA as my local bike store.
