Every time Ive had to use the customer service desk, whether for online pick-ups or returns, there are about 5 employees behind the counter and sometimes no customers or only 1 customer at the counter yet it still takes almost 10 minutes for one of the employees to even look up and acknowledge I am standing there. Why have that many employees behind the counter if they arent going to assist customers?! Recently I bought an item in the store and then found it on their website for much cheaper so I requested a price match for the difference. Although the model number on the item I purchased in store matched what was on the model number of the item on THEIR website (and yes, I had my receipt and it was less than a week old), she refused to even acknowledge it, much less do it. My guess is she probably didnt even know what she was doing so it was easier to just say no...but attitude is everything. I told her then I would just return the item (worth several hundred) and order it online...guess shed rather her store lose hundreds versus price matching and only losing about $40. She refused to listen and was very rude. I know I am just one customer to them and they could care less, but I will not spend any more of my money at the Hamilton Mill store.

This home depot sucks. I was there for two hours and no one except the Hispanic gentlemen at the pro desk offered to help us. After asking several people that worked there for help, we received responses like i dont know i cant help you and the best one ever "Im about to be off". You would think that customer service would be important. On top of everything we asked for help and the employees were talking about sports with a guy from home depot corporate office and none of them offered to help they were all to busy. This corporate guy should really learn his role in the company. This was on 4/26/2016 in the event home depot would like to watch the store cameras and see how many other customers are dodged and ignored. On another day I went there and watched an older navy veteran ask for help loading some wood and the three Home Depot employees walk to the back and hid so they would not have to help him. Whoever manages this store should really look for better employees. I now drive to the Home Depot on Buford Drive which is totally different they are actually very helpful.

Big shout out to Patty in the kitchen department for helping me in finding replacement kitchen cabinets on an insurance budget. Thanks to Patty I was able to not only get good manufacturer cabinets, but also in a style and colors that I liked. She is very knowledgeable in this area and thus was able to efficiently let me know about discounts and additions to the cabinets that we were able to take advantage of. She was very patient with my particular situation and if youve ever had to do an insurance renovation then you know what Im talking about. Thanks to Amy, who directed me to Patty, who has made this whole ordeal a lot more manageable. I cant wait for my new kitchen cabinets to be delivered!

I purchased a new Washer and Dryer from Home Depot and the two guys that were supposed to deliver and install were the worst. My wife was home alone. They put the washer and dryer in the house but when she asked them to hook it up they said we dont do that. they told her to do it and just left. HORRIBLE service. Im telling Home Depot to pick them up and Im going to Lowes. for me to spend over a thousand bucks with any company and get treated like $#!+ is just wrong.

I bought them out of River Rock. They said come back Tuesday they would honor the price after the sale. Came back Tuesday, i was told sorry the price has gone upand they will not honor the price. terrible customer service. Sad to say this the closest HD around us. Lowes honored the price since i had a picture of the sale. Guess i eill bobmoving my business to their store. very disapointed in the level of service here

Horrible store! Crappy customer service with an incompetent staff. Poorly managed. I go to Lowes not too far from this store and the staff are by far much more competent and friendlier. Home Depot needs a an upper and mid-level management overhaul!!!!

Have been waiting here at the contractor service desk for about ten min now and still havent seen anyone. This happens more often at most home Depot locations on any day and at any time. Customer service could use a bit of improvement.

impressed with this home depot! great customer service the 5 times i was there in one weekend. each employee i spoe with did great and helped me to the best they could or got someone with more experience. seems like a good team.

Apparently they dont consistently offer a veteran discount. Lowes always does. Im not a veteran but am grateful to all those that have/do protect us. COME ON HD...SHOW SOME APPRECIATION.
