Normally dont have a problem finding help at this location. However over the course of the last few months, weve had a hard time locating people to assist. When we went to purchase a new stove, the sales associate stated that appliances was not her area and tried to argue with my husband over measurements.... we went to Lowes. Tonight, we went to pay for our items and the manager- or im assuming it was the manager because they were being hateful to everyone - was less than eager to assist us. As we went to scan the box she started saying "thats not the bar code, thats not the bar code" repeatedly. And rudely asked us to set the box down. Could tell that she did not want to be there. Overall, disappointed considering this is our neighborhood Home Depot.

Normally this location is very helpful (Erika) however my recent visit to the millworks deck was met with the most determined lady to not be helpful in any way and the most horrible attitude Ive seen ever and still have a job its no wonder they have her on the 3rd shift! (Kari). Customer service has always been the most important reason I use Home Depot today store 165 and Kari failed me Im hopeful management takes a good look at this! Please I want my store back!

This Home depot is very nice compared to the others. Earl, who works in the hardware department, is a BIG HELP. Customer service is through the roof! Earl was never impatient or annoyed with any question that my fiance and I asked. You can definitely tell he enjoys his job, and enjoys helping others. You cant put a price on that! Will be back again soon. Thanks Earl!

Easy to find the item in the store i found online because the website included the aisle # and shelf. Check out was fast and easy. I just hate having to enter on one side of store to get a shopping cart then walk to get the item then walk all the way to the other side to check out then exit the store and walk back to the other side where my car is parked.

Enter at your own risk! Safety is no concern for the employees and management. After an incident that resulted in several thousand dollars in medical expenses and three months out of work, the only thing I was offered was a $20 gift card to come back and get hurt again at my own expense.
