Went here on a recent Wednesday morning to get some Rainx for my car windshield. There were two girls looked about late teens early 20s milling about, neither of which offered to help me. A person at the counter. I waited for them to finish with a question from a customer then stood nearby twirling my keys in the middle of the store. No one offered to help. I thought, crappy customer service. Then, when I walked out to head to Gilroys (which always has better customer service, though they are further) the person at the checkout said, bye! Last time I try and go to this place. It used to be good. Now, its just another crappy chain store with clueless employees.
