My family didnt feel warm or welcome the staff seam aggressive about asking for our private personal items. We had bad experiences. We usually shop in buckhead but this place seem to treat us like little people and they were not warm and caring. They asked for our personal belongings befor we could even see the sign saying leave all bags at the desk. We are disable felt nervous to be there as if we were looked down on. My family and I noticed another women who still had her personal belongings and they did not ask her for her property. We felt discrimination Im not sure if it was because we were just coming from the gym and had our fitness outfits on but this was a bad first impression.What about privacy laws idk what type of thing was happening but we felt our privacy infringed upon. They asked for our purses which is not a shopping bag its personal private property .All people dont still I dont know if it was the tone of our skin Im mixed heritage women.The manager was unprofessional and non caring to us once we stated how uncomfortable we felt as customers we did state our concerns and asked to get information on the owner she stated she couldnt give out the owners name but only email. This felt so bad I felt so sad and I am a big money spender I also am a artist recording artist and blogger . My opinion and point of view is extremely large with my community. My first experience coming from LasVegas to this place was horrible embarrassing.I feel they could step up there customer care and care about individuals and think if you look a certain way may still. We felt horrible in Buckhead we never experienced any low treatment like this place. I have celebrity friends that trust my word of mouth and Im a content creator so Im extremely disappointed that this was my first impression of this stor. I am a heiress who spend big big cash on what I want and on gifts and events do to lose me as a potential customer may not have been great because before I could spend anything I did have this degrading experience. Customer service is everything I should know have lived in LasVegas working on the strip at a resort Im not impressed with the quality of care .

I finally decided I should write this review. The store is wonderful, the music is a little bit too loud and the lighting was iffy in the lingerie room. What ruined my visit was the worker who I was told is named Lexi. She wore leggings, a ponytail and a jacket. First she had a sarcastic tone because she came up to me in leggings and a jacket asking if I needed help. Of course i asked if she works there. I see how the workers dress and i love their fashion but with her you couldnt see her work shirt and she was dressed like she was going to bed!!! She was rude and acted snobby when I tried asking her questions, she kept having a attitude trying to show me things that I kept saying I wasnt interested in. I showed her the two items I was interested in and she kept just trying to get me to buy something 3x as much priced! I told her I was going to ask someone else for help. She rolled her eyes and walked away. After a few minutes another working asked if I needed help. I explained what happened and she apologized and said she would love to help me with my shopping. She was polite and we made jokes and chatted. she made my experience great. Sadly when she went to check me out the other girl started checking me out. I said I wanted (I think her name is Genine ) to check me out and the girl said it doesnt matter. After getting checked out I walked over to Genine and thanked her for her help and asked the other workers name. Once again she apologized and told me the girls name was Lexi. As I walked out the door the alarm went off. The girl Lexi ran up and rudely snatched the shopping bag out of my hands and looked init then took it to register then brought it back. All without saying a word. Like dont I deserve a explanation on why your snatching my bag???? Thank you for having a wonderful shop but you need to get that workers attitudes checked. I will be calling before I come to make sure im not shopping when that Lexi girl is there. I will continue shopping there because of Ms. Genine, I just apologize that I could only give two stars.

This is a really cool store! I dont usually post to these things but after finding the place by searching on Google for an adult toy store I thought that I would share my experience. This place wasnt creepy at all. The interior décor was nice and they played really, really good EDM music. They also have aroma machines blowing some rose scent throughout. We needed help selecting some toys and the clerks were really cheerful and helpful. I didnt feel creeped out at all. The selection was awesome and the prices were pretty good too. I did a price check against some online sites and this store was maybe 5% more expensive than online but thats to be expected with brick and mortar stores. It was a really fun shopping experience with really cool people working there. My girl is going back with her friends tomorrow. Oh, it also gets really crowded there on Saturday night with club goers stopping there for laughs. I would strongly recommend checking this place out. Def a 5 star fun shopping experience as much fun as tequila shots at Clairmont Lounge!!!

I went tonight and the worker was rude she had long hair. Acted as if she didnt want to touch my hand or even put bag in my hand let alone the money . I got no hey welcome ... in fact it was my first time and I spent 45 min looking by myself because no one asked and it was only 5 people in the store customer wise . I even asked for help asked a few questions I received an half ass answer and no help. Also, when she run me up she stood there and had a whole conversation with my item in her hand before even ringing me up I wont be going here again

This store is one of the best Adult stores I have been too. The selection is amazing and the store is just huge. So many ideas for fun when you go in. I went with my girl and we left with a weekend of Erotica. Costumes, toys and every type of lubrication you can think of.. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The music was a bit loud, but it did add ease to shopping without feeling everyone was listening to us.. Maybe next time we go we will check out the remodeled Video Arcade for a little extra fun ;)

One of the nicest adult stores I have ever patronized. All displays were neat and orderly. They seemed to carry every product you could imagine. I must say it also smelled fresh, but this could be because it is fairly new. It doesnt have that normal adult store smell I am accustomed to, but I am not complaining. Overall, very nice establishment and I would recommend anyone in the mood for adult items of a discreet or public nature should venture here. Prices are pretty fair for most items.
