I have been to this store before and purchased two bras, keep in mind her bras are a bit over priced but I was pleased with my purchase and the experience wasnt bad at all. But this time I must say, I will never go there again. Not only was I watched, followed, profiled, what ever you want to call it. I was treated like I wasnt to be trusted. As soon as I walked in and started to look around. I picked up a bra to see what size it was and how much it cost. Thats when the store clerk comes over to me and asked " so is that the one you want"? She didnt offer me any assistance and then tried to talk snappy when I told her "no, I dont know what I want", it was like she was trying to get my out of the store ASAP. They kept a count and watched everything I put in my hand. The owner came in the dressing room to assist but she made sure she kept up with what I had with me. The store assistant with the short, blonde, lesbian cut was rude, haughty and just a smart ass for no reason. Just because I asked what was on sale did not mean that I was poor and couldnt afford those basic over priced bras. It just meant I was not going to pay $70 plus for a bra. I purchased one bra and I guess once the little lesbian chick realized that I had a wallet full of cash and could have bought what ever I wanted, her tone eased up a little bit. So I left jumped into my 2016 camaro and said I will never go there again and I will tell my coworker what happened because I told her last week about this place and she is planning to drive across town to get there. The only reason I went there is because I have very large breast and they have bras my size. But I guess I will have to find another place to go to. I hate when people count my money trying to act like theyre trying to help me. No B you trying to imply that I probably cant afford what you are selling.

My family and I have always been fitted here because they have a wide range of sizes, no problem. But when I brought my friend to be fitted, and she made a comment that the band was squeezing her tight enough that she looked like she had back fat, the bra-fitter told her she SHOULD NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT BEING TOO SKINNY. Even the owner made jokes that she should "EAT TWO BURGERS FOR ME". I was offended for my friend. Shes been RIDICULED FOR BEING NATURALLY SKINNY all her life AND SHE HAS AN EATING DISORDER. Yall seriously set her back just when she was feeling great enough to buy a bra (since most tell her she has no curves to need one). I thought a specialty size bra store would be knowledgeable in being sensitive to body issues but I guess not.

I dont know if Ill ever visit the store again. I went yesterday to pick up a bra that took over 3 months to get, I had to ask to try it on. Once I was in the fitting room, I had to ask the sales lady to come in to assist me, I honestly felt as though she didnt want to touch me. Something was just off about my visit yesterday. While a appreciate great customer service, I felt rushed and pressured to make additional purchases without being asked what my preferences were. When I returned to my car I had was one of those feelings..."what just happened"? Note to self: I am the customer, I can take as long as needed to make decisions for whats best for me.

I went to this store today with a friend. I walked in and said we both wanted a fitting. The woman kept looking at me and said, "Does she know what size she is? There is a $15.00 fee, unless you buy a bra. Our bras start at $50.00 is that something she can afford?" I was stunned that she would ask us if we could "afford" the clothes svc that she would talk about my friend in front of her instead of to her. Yes I can afford your bras, but I also can afford to wait for real customer service.

Many thanks to Sherrie and Judy for their help with my 2 hard to fit teenagers and for helping me realize Id been wearing the wrong size for 35 years! Its a pleasure to support a local shop owner who values her customers and understands what they need. I highly recommend Necessities - well worth the drive from McDonough!

And Sherrie has no problem sending you to another seller if its whats best for you. I am never disappointed and often have the opposite to contend with: too much to choose from! Love this store!

Best shop for ladies!! Perfect fit every time! I stay well supported with large bust and sexy at all times! I been going here first 9-10 years and had 5 pregnancies. Sherrie has always been able to accommodate me through my pregnancies and breastfeefing also!!

I love this store, this is the only place I get my bras at since I cant really get them at an store like Target or Walmart. The owner is friendly and nice, as well knowledgeable about the items she sells as well what works best for your size.
