TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE. Today was the second time Ive been in this store within the past few months and have not been greeted by anyone. The first time I went, there were two associates present, neither of which acknowledged me during my visit. In spite of my first bad experience, I decided to go back because I really need undergarments for a dress. I walked in, there was no one else in the store. The rep never looked up. She never said hello. Despite me looking at different items, she never asked if she can help. When I left, she did not even say bye. I am a fellow business owner, so greeting potential clients is certainly rule #1 for customers service. I understand there are bad associates and there are bad days. However, to have this happen two times, this tells me that this is the culture of this store and management. Needless to say, I am disappointed but I refuse to spend a dime where Im obviously not wanted. I will not return.

Desde hace mucho tiempo y en época de mi mamá aprendí que Leonisa es una empresa colombiana grande por su producto en el mercado nacional y su gran poder de extenderse al exterior. Yo he ido al exterior y mucha gente me pregunta por Leonisa. Como prenda femenina es de mucho agrado, por como forma el cuerpo y ayuda a una mejor presentación personal. Gracias Leonisa por preocuparse por las mujeres de todo el mundo.
