I agree with the previous reviewer regarding the previous-to-previous reviewer. That Allen guy is an idiot. Who would accept returns for any kind of sex toy? Some sickos out there would use it out in the parking lot and return it just for kicks. If you had apparel or mugs and stuff like that - they DO have returns/exchanges for that stuff... I guess you cant read. As for pricing... it seems youve heard of Amazon, but havent mastered the concept of "order of operations." If you found an item you liked at the store and bought it and thought "heck yeah this is gonna be great" and then find out some other places has it cheaper - guess what??? IT DOESNT MATTER YOU CHEAP ASS! You already accepted the cost-to-value of the item in the store and thought it was good. Just because someone else bought it for cheaper doesnt make your value for the product decrease - well I guess in YOUR head it does. Overall this place is excellent. Ive been to the one in Las Vegas and its nice too (attached to a Hustler strip club in fact!), but I like the selection at this one more. The guys in the store in Vegas even said "Ohio is the best - those midwest shops are fantastic" - and I concur. Sure the price is sometimes up there, but youre buying items specifically to bond with someone (or someones!?). These arent tomatoes... As for quality: I rate it about 4/5 for most things. Some are 5/5 and some are 3/5, but in general youre getting great stuff. Most of it will last awhile, too. Customer service: I again agree with the previous reviewer. These people are pretty good. Theyll work with you to find what you WANT not necessarily what you THOUGHT you wanted... and in the end thats a fantastic characteristic for a service shop like this to have. I go back here perhaps quarterly to update/expand my selection of utilities and have never felt awkward or out of place. 5 stars!

Love the store but hate their rewards card. Signed up in July when I made a $250 purchase. Then registered it to receive a bonus 100 points. Went in last month knowing I had 350 points and was told I could not use them because they were converting to digital but assured me they would be transferred over. So I made a $28 purchase. When I was there today they had not! At that point there should have been 378 points but there were only 28points. Still made my purchase, but if they cant get it resolved I wont go back. Should now have 405point OR $20 worth of rewards.

I love hustler stores! I can not fathom what the previous reviewer bought for 4x the amount as online, but I check the prices on my phone before I buy anything. Ive never found anything more than $10 dollars more expensive (not counting website sales or deals). Ever. The customer service is FANTASIC and it says their return policy very clearly on the back of the recite. I always feel welcomed and free to ask any questions without feeling embarrassed.

the staff was so freindly and funny it was gr8! able to answer my questions and help me when asking for advice the atmosphere of the store was relaxed & is not awkward at all which you will get in some adult stores there was one item i wanted that they didnt have (paraffin candles) but overall the selection was wide and catered to a large selection of kinks u might have will 100% shop there again

I really cant remeber the guys name, but if i could, would i have a story to tell! I needed a remote controlled vibrator and he delivered. He discussed material and how to use.
