First time in 20+ years that I have ordered glasses and the rx is WRONG!!!! I hated the service altogether. Waited 45min for a doctor who was running late. "Mr Rogers" in the lobby acts as if he hates his job. Wont even acknowledge your presence. And to top it off the optometrist only accepts cash payment as copay? Real shady business. He would rather let me leave then to take debit copay payment. I picked up my glasses two days ago. I cant drive, or cross the street with them. I cant see! The doctor told me my contacts rx differed from my eye glass rx because they didtnt have my rx in stock (for contacts), When I go back to tell him contacts are great but glasses are wrong he is confused because "they are the same" LIES! Its like they just stuck magnifying glasses in as lenses. I am going back today to get my money back. Just dont do it. Save yourself the headache, literally.

Wow! These guys are too dumb and lazy to stay in business. There was one clerk helping people with their vision care and he moved at a glacial pace. Seriously, if the clerk had moved any slower Sears mortuary would have built a Sears coffin around him and shipped him off to the Sears funeral home. Who are these people? From what labour pool is Sears recruiting from?!

This place has the worst service for an eye doctor we have gone their once at 5:00 and said they closed at 7:00 and the doctor decided to close at 4:30 and he fixed my lenses but I wanted to order new glasses so he was being pretty lazy and we went back today and it said it was open till 5:00 (cause its Sunday) and we went there at 12:00 and 2:00 he wasnt even there.

I have never seen such a bad website. Gives no store hours. Trying to reach the optical on a Sunday at noon. Only an answering machine to not only the optical department, but to the main store asking you to leave a message and someone will return the call. Is this a retail store????

Worst service Ive ever had. The receptionist is really uninformed and not helpful at all when trying to select and order contacts or glasses. She will screw up your insurance as well. Save yourself the trouble.

They have the rudest staff that I have ever seen. No personality and no concept of customer service. Their technology is also super outdated. I would not recommend. I would give NO stars if possible.
