The doctor was perfunctory, at best. I was diagnosed with astigmatism, for the first time in my life. Surprisingly, after being made to put in contacts for astigmatism, they were quite uncomfortable. Because I do not have it. I asked for my usual contacts and was only allowed to order the ones the doctor "prescribed." I was told theyd be in in a week, its been a month and Im going to cancel the order. Stars are for the front office/optician (the glasses store staff) because they were very friendly and nice.

I had a pleasant screening. However, when I returned later to purchase contacts I received conflicting information that prohibited me from ordering. I was also told that I had to do another exam even though mines wasnt expired for five months. I tried to reason with them that I only had one contact in and in desperate need of ordering. I didnt understand the circumstances of me having to pay for another office visit and exam, except for this being a greedy business who doesnt care about their patients.

I tried to get contacts with my prescription & I was told that I had to have a whole new eye exam! I politely declined & told them I would call LensCrafters & receive a real eye exam with the latest equipment
