Unprofessional and wasted my time. I went into the Tri- County store. I have purchased from them on several occasions over the past 5 years. This time after I waited and selected my glasses I was told I could get them on Saturday which was 4 days away. Surprised I asked if the frames werent in stock. The lady advised me that she only had one technician and that I could possibly go to the Northgate store. She told me she called the Northgate store and faxed the information they needed. I asked her when they would be ready and she told me as soon as I could get there. I asked if I needed to pay her now and she said no. I waited about 2 hours to give plenty of time for glasses to be ready only to get to Northgate to be told they were just sitting because they were waiting for me to come to that store and pay first! Now I was told to come back again tomorrow to pick up my glasses. Ive missed a half day off of work messing around with this unprofessional, unprepared, confusing company. Ill be looking for another place which to do business. They should have more respect for the time of their customers. My glasses were $300.00 out of my pocket. I need to not have to miss work over and over again just to pick them up.

Excellent Staff and Service - Happy with My New Shades! Rick, Kassondra, and Ronay made sure that I got the final product that I wanted. Rick walked me through the options for frames, lenses, tinting, scratch protection and warranty based on my desire to keep the price down. They delivered a pair based on what I had ordered and when I desired a change, they were able to make adjustments to deliver what I wanted. Upon payment, they also delivered a coupon for friends and family. Was happy with the experience and looking forward to returning.

Came in to some older lady arguing with a man who is hard of hearing and proceeds to talk about him to us after he leaves. Unprofessional. Then were told on Saturday that the doctor left at 2:00PM when office hours say 4:00PM. Thats a two hour gap. Unprofessional staff and Unprofessional doctors. Go somewhere else.

I had an eye exam with Dr. Fullenkamp today. He and his staff were very professional and efficient. I also purchased glasses and the employees were very helpful and had my glasses finished in less than 15 minutes. The store wasnt very busy but that is quick service. Very fair price and great glasses. Thank you!

I have gone back twice to get my glasses fixed to see out of. They cant get it right. I still cant see to read small print or my cell. No way can I read contracts. Than can get it right because my Sun glasses done at the same time work.Now theyre sliding down my nose. A ND THE LENSES NEVER STAY CLEAN.
