I have dietary restrictions and they keep getting rid of products I buy. The first product was the frozen onions used in stews. Then they stopped carrying my soy milk. They have every version of silk in the non refrigerated Isle but original silk soy milk. I found out you could special order products so I started doing that and buying four or 5 at a time. The first time it was awesome. The guy Nick did my special order and it came in about a week. So I placed another order with a manager Paul and worker in the customer service desk. I go to the counter, they cant find my order, no trace of it and they tell me they will place a new one, this is after Ive been standing there 10+ minutes and countless people have checked out and left the store. I am out of my soy milk, I cant wait. This store is across the street from me and I will be going to the Ansley mall location from now on. The deli line here is incredibly slow too. Literally took 30 minutes to get to me. Was crazy.

As for the deli counter- the worst, theyre consistently surly and always have a line (not because theyre busy, because theyre really slow). The store itself has a limited selection and does not save you any money- I consistently grab items and think "huh, this was $x.00 cheaper at another store". I live around the corner from this location and used to be the type to buy a small batch of groceries almost every day but its just not worth it despite the convenience. I currently go to another publix thats a little further away but with a nicer staff and better selection/ sales

Went to grab pack of smokes at customer service after shopping for dinner...3 people in line. 1st was getting western union or something. Forever. 2nd in line publix employee getting ..dinner. Didnt know they had to talk about entire day at job. Forever. Just shook my head and walked out not happy.

The most expensive super market i have ever seen , the prices are crazy , they sell the same product for the double price that you can find in Walmart or Kroger,not made for the middle class or students .The price difference between the others super market is insane.

Got followed around the store today by what appeared to be a manager of some sort (yes I saw you)...I was pretty surprised given the demographic of the area and the makeup of the rest of the staff. Unacceptable.

Staffs are polite, store is small but clean, and pleasant to shop here. Predominately mid class neighborhood with mixed types of ethnicity. No matter what types of people, ARE nice to each other.

Giving a 4 star because the deli/sub/hot food service is one of the slowest Ive experienced. It shouldnt take 10 minutes to make one sub... besides that, parking and staff are great.

Well stocked, lit, produce is fresh. Not sure what more one could ask of a grocery store. Reserving a fifth star in hopes the friendly staff at my local Publix can someday show me.

This Publix has the best fried chicken! Its well-spiced and seasoned, crunchy and flavorful. They also checked me out at the customer service counter so I was in and out quickly.

This Publix location is rather small, yet the selection is good for the size of the store. Staff is friendly. parking and access are good, a convenient location for the ares.
