Love Publix!!! This is a smaller Publix than the one I live near, but they make it work and I swing by here occasionally. Especially when Im feeling naughty and craving some fried chicken. Im only writing this because of he awesome service I received from a manager in the deli. I requested several bags of chips I bought at another Publix and was told by a lady at customer service that they would contact me when it came in. I finally called back weeks later and They let me know a few weeks later they could not get them for some reason. Didnt carry them or something. Well fast forward a few months - Ive forgotten about my request and some guy (cant remember his name) in the deli calls and says he was sorry I had waited so long and went and bought me 8 bags of my chips I wanted from some other store and gave them to me for free since I had to wait so long. Couldnt believe all the trouble he went to locate the chips for me. Service like that is why I shop at publix even though its not the closest store to me

Publixs motto is "Where shopping is a pleasure," and it applies to my favorite local supermarket, which I have visited on a nearly weekly basis for the past decade. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful, and although its a large store it has the warm feel of a small corner grocer. In addition the store and its stock are clean, the produce, meats and other items are fresh and competitively priced, the weekly BOGO (buy one, get one) sales always feature items that I need or are of interest to me, and the overall selection is excellent. Ive become spoilt by shopping at Publix for nearly two decades, particularly when I visit other supermarkets within and outside of the United States, as nearly all other comparable stores fall well short in comparison. I love going to my local Publix on weekends, and I appreciate the great service I receive whenever I go there.

Ordered a sandwich online and it wasnt ready when i arrived a few minute early. I waited around for 15 minutes but it never came out. When i asked a manager the deli staff called me a liar and said it must have been stolen. They did not even compensate me for my wasted time. Will not be returning to this store. The other reviews all claim this store has excellent customer service so I hope this was an outlier. EDIT: It wasnt an outlier. I went back a few days ago and the exact same thing happened. In order to get my food i had to speak with a manager again.

The service at this location is always exceptional. They even take your groceries out to your car and help you load then into the trunk. I honestly didnt know what to do when this happened, do I tip the guy? Ib didnt have any cash and it was so unexpected but so appreciated. The produce at this location is exceptionally fresh (the mixxed fruit is addicting) and the bakery department always allow me to pair down a loaf of bread allowing me to take the perfect amount home. This isnt the closest Publix, but it is one of my favorites.
