Came in to make a special order for sushi. Their tuna was frozen. They didnt have a clear menu of what was in the sushi so it was hard to tell what I could order since my fiance is picky. I usually like going to publix for sushi but this was the worst one Ive been in. Because I wasnt sure what was in the sushi with the names they have up or a menu I couldnt make a special order and was told to come back 2 hours later for when they had more made. Not a good experience for just wanting one thing.

Very bad at the pharmacy. My doctors office called in a proscription when I was there, in front of me. I go to Publix after 2 hours, they refuse they have received anything from my physician. I called them and they talked to the pharmacist who then told me that it will ready in 30 min. I waited for ah hour, it was still not ready. I had to ultimately tell them to cancel my proscription and ask Kroger down the street to fill it. They were wonderful and I got a text within half an hour.

I really like this Pubix such friendly atmosphere clean the employees know the store front and back they help you when youre lost which Im always all the time and the stuff is so fresh So organized I just love this Publix the one off of Hudson Bridge convenient for me because I work in the area and Ive need something to take home just walk right across the street such a delight

I have to go to Kroger to buy organic fruits and vegetables. This store seems to have turned over some of the staff that was friendly. Store coupons are difficult to find.. signs in the store next to items say coupons are in the front entrance.. I cant find them..cashiers wouldnt help me find them. Instead of offering to help, cashier asked if I still wanted it anyway.

Worst customer service I have ever had at a Publix! Lady in the deli had a nasty attitude. She saw me standing there an she gave no attention along with the rest of the crew. I waited 15 min just for some chicken fingers. I was first one in front and large line formed in back of me in the 15 min I was waiting. They too were asking what was taking so long.

Worst customer service! I had to wait for one hour to get an advertised chicken sub. This is not our first time. One week back they did the same for popcorn chicken. They said it will take twenty minutes, went after twenty minutes and was told that it will take twenty more minutes. People will be having conversations instead of serving customers.

I have been a customer of this store for many years and hate to see its decline. It is now poorly stocked and is often out of the items I have always bought there. This store has definitely cut the quality and variety of items it carries. I am going to shop with a competitor from now on.

Clean, not a single person greeted me even the cashier didnt greet me. One thing that really makes me mad is you are guessing if someone is old enough to but beer an wine. No carding ever done. That is the main reason I dont shop your store.

Ordered online for a sandwich half an hour before arriving. The order hadnt even been noticed. The employees worked slowly and with no regard to the crowd forming. Food was good though.

Publix has everything and the bogos are great. Their price seems to be a little higher than Kroger which is where I usually shop but Publix had some different stuff.
