I just want to give a shout out for one of your more than exceptional employees, Evanna Taylor. She is truly a gift from heaven. She did not know me from Adam nor did she know my situation. She did not know if I had enough money or not. The beauty is that it didnt matter. I was buying groceries but because of economy, I stick yo my budget. Well, the items had gone over. I had no problem putting items back. Evanna saw this and asked how much the remaining items were. The Cashier told her. Evanna then pulled cash out of her pocket and paid it. Thank you! Thank you! I KNOW this is not in her job description. She blessed me and pray only the blessings of God to continue in her life. What she did is a rarity theses days. Everyone is only thinking of ones self. Thank you Evanna for this selfless act of kindness. The smallest acts of kindness mean the greatest to a persons heart. I will drive away from the Kroger near my home just to shop at your store and see Evanna. You did what you did without looking for any reward. I pray you are valued at your location. You are truly an asset to Kroger.

I love Kroger, its where I do 90% of my grocery shopping. However this particular Kroger is one of my least favorite stores. The management staff is unprofessional more often than not. Ive had to deal with managers on a few occasions and they were rude and inept. I always have to tell cashiers not to put my food items in with chemical items and each time they get an attitude. The store usually has the things I need but Ive had problems with items not ringing up the advertised price. The parking is a nightmare and getting in and out of the parking lot is frustrating.

It was actually Rachel Bowman who shopped in the Kroger. I had a difficulty in finding over the counter potassium and magnesium citrate. I found the magnesium citrate but couldnt find the over the counter potassium. The pharmacy tech could not find potassium with anything near to the amount near to recommend daily amount needed. She was very through!!! Bless her!!!

I usually come here in order to avoid long lines at a nearby store. I have never witnessed this to be a horrible location. The employees here seem to be very nice. They do seem a little preoccupied late at night with personal conversations, but other than that the place is okay. I always find what I come looking for and I have never had any issues with this Kroger.

Employees are kind, friendly and helpful. Typically clean and generally well stocked. They manage lines well, and usually have multiple lines open. Able to get in and out quickly if necessary, or shop a bit. Almost always save decent amounts of money with sales and my kroger plus card.

I visited this Kroger and I was greeted by a very pleasant cashier by the name of Theresa Hooper, she was very helpful in my order. I tried calling the store to express this to the store manager Robert Chandler. I think she is an asset to the Kroger family.

Nice kroger,clean but customer service is lacking. What has happened to customer service. Its not terrible, however when you ask employee for something they never know where it or what isle and they just dont care to help you out.

This Kroger was actually cleaner and offered more than the one on stock bridge, not saying that the one on stock bridge isnt good. Hmm I guess its because of the lower traffic, but I actually liked the way it looked and was set up.

The mgr Mr. Cole is very rude and unprofessional and doesnt understand what customer service is. From my one encounter with him I will never spend another dollar of mine in that kroger. He needs a customer service ethics course

The Best Bank located inside is very convient and the staff is superb in assistance with financial needs. The bank manager helped fix an issue Id had for weeks with a click of a button. Not to mention she is beautiful!

I came at 1:30 a.m. and they had everything I wanted and needed on the shelves. The store attendant escorted me back to my car and assisted me was too heavy items at 2 in the morning... great customer service!

A very average Kroger, nothing very good, nothing really bad, just... meh. It is frustrating that their Customer Service, Deli and Butcher seem to always be closed so they lose a star for that.

I enjoy shopping here, especially later in the day. Friendly employees and great check out clerks in the evening. Prices are competitive with other stores if you watch the sales.

Today this place was a bit dirty. Its never like this. I couldnt even find a cart when I walked in. The store was almost empty but all the carts were outside
