Not always the most helpful when it comes to staff. Most of the time have had to locate everything needed for projects on my own. After being a return customer since this store opened for easy commute when in need of supplies. Its usually easier than waiting for online orders It would be helpful if they have an average of 3 registers open, more because the lines can stretch near towards the flower department. Sometimes the cutting counter feel needs more help than the norm as well, and if they had at least 2 workers to assist customers for item location, without being overly rude about your question. -sometimes remembering an item on point makes it difficult when asking the question...and have had a shear amount of hostility towards speaking up when I have anxiety issues with speaking to others- Its nice to be able to locate some items when needed, it would an even better experience when the store doesnt continuously give off a minor hostile tone when it comes to needing assistance or speaking to someone period.

Horrible store, horrible manager Chris (I dont know how this guys is at the position of a manager because he has a lack os respect for customers and he was so disrespectful) I tried to exchange a Cricut machine and he threatened to call the police to escort my husband out of the store. He said he wouldnt even show me the returns and exchanges store policy because he didnt need it to (???) I called other 2 stores and they all said they could do the exchange! What a horrible place! This guy is a joke! Kathy is the other manager also a big joke! Never returning and also Ill make sure Ill spread my word around of what a terrible place this is!

Couldnt be any happier with my experience there. I recently built two subwoofer boxes for my house and I Walked into joanns thinking i need 4 yards of leather to wrap it. The lady who was working the cut station was extremely helpful and actually broke down my dimensions of both boxes on paper in front of me to tell me exactly how much material i need to wrap both the sub boxes. Turns out i needed less than 1 yard each box! I even had leftover after wrapping the box :) Thanks Joanns at WGV for saving me money and helping me make my project a reality!

Generally nice staff and good variety of products. Could be better if they had one or two staff roaming to help in the store. Corporate dictating sales with coupons always makes for big headaches while shopping. Amazing coupons (40% off, 50% off) cant be used on over half the store because theyre already on sale for 10% off. Mildly infuriating, but thats all on a corporate level and doesnt speak for the store itself.

Always such a lovely place to go! They have everything you can think off to start your crafts project and make them even nicer than you planned to. The staff is also helpful and the store has amazing prices. Cant help going every week to see what they have on sale cause the prices are to die for

Jo-Ann has a great selection for all your arts, crafts; and hobby needs. This store is large and will even frame your photos/art beautifully and well preserved. A great place to shop for gifts as well. The staff is quite helpful and friendly

On the plus side, free Wi-Fi and helpful staff. On the negative - aisles are arranged in a most confusing pattern ...I think the interior of this store is where they got the idea for the Maze Runner movies.
