Tried to place an order over the phone to be picked up within an hour and was told they couldnt hold it because the racks behind the cutting table couldnt hold it. Her reasoning was because somebody might put it back. You would think that they would put our name on it but apparently they cant think that logically. When I went into the store the racks were clearly accessible to put the item in to hold. Very disappointed in the customer service at the store will not recommend or go back. Also instead of cutting the material she ripped it which I found very rude while everybody else was cutting the other material.

Was there sunday 3 ladies working there, the one on fabric dep very unfriendly towards kids and not very helpful the one on register same way not friendly with kids and not helpful, i can buy very cheap stuff online but im a local business owner and like to buy local to support my community but i cant take nastiness, sorry im not coming back

VERY RUDE My wife was asked to remove her "Federally Recognized Service Dog" from the store. When she attempted to show the official court papers the manager said, "I DONT CARE, REMOVE THAT DOG" My wife has never had a problem bringing her service animal anywhere. This was a first. Looks like we will stay with Hobby Lobbu

The website is slow and very frustrating. I didnt receive my whole order and customer service is terrible. In store, I was charged for some items I handed the cashier and told him I wasnt buying them. Once I return, I will NOT go back. Also quality of flowers has really diminished. Walmart now sells the same brands.

Worst customer service ever. looked at sewing machines willing to spent hundreds of dollars they only sell them until 7:00 when they are open until 9:00. I just drove an hour to get here and nothing on the website about this.

I found just the right material for a swim suit cover up. Also got a couple things on sale that will make gifts for friends. I always have a good time at Jo Ann Fabrics even if I dont find what Im looking for.

Well organized, the staff was able to answer my questions quickly and if they couldnt, they found someone who could. Only complaint was the gentleman at the checkout seemed to really not want to be there.

Great place to find craft supplies! Yarn, sewing, beading, frames and so much more. JoAnns also has great coupon programs that make everything affordable. You can find them on their website.

Good selection of crafts and supplies. Pretty extensive stock for sewing. Great selections for small dry crafting, florals and small hobbies. Nice selection of yarns for fiber crafting.

I didnt like the cashiers name was Brian attitude towards me because I am Hispanic and the other ladies behind me were greeted friendly because they were Caucasian

Too expensive unless you have a coupon. Customer service is usually ok at the registers and cutting area but it is hard to find a person to help within the store
