I love the store, their unique items and their values but found the customer service lacking. I asked a lady working there where to find the tulle (because often it is with their holiday section (I was looking for pink) and she said with the fabric. Well, not only was it not very helpful - it wasnt correct. She could have said go towards the fabric, turn right and its on an end cap past the cutting table. So instead I went down every aisle. But after finding the end cap that had some tulle (I was looking for a certain color/length that I found on their website) I kept looking around for 20 minutes and eventually found it in the ribbon/bridal section (15 more yards for an additional $1). Good customer service would have told me that there are two different locations for it and/or walked me towards it like they do at Publix. Maybe I shouldnt have high expectations but I thought this store was supposed to be better than their competition.

My experience here is pretty hot or miss. Have been told my purse was too large to carry in the store one visit, then treated happily by someone the next time I visited (carrying the same purse). Sometimes the people at the fabric counter will be there and waiting to help you and this past time I spent 10 minutes trying to hunt someone down to cut some for me. Only worth it if you use the app coupon.

Horrible customer service!! We watched an elderly customer be beradeted by the store manager for attempting to use multiple coupons. When the gentleman said he would leave and come back later to use the other coupons the manager stated "We have cameras that monitor and inform us if someone that has used a coupon comes back in the store!". I will not return to this store!!

I went in looking for items for my planner. When I called, I was told they had stickers, etc. Went in and I was sent to 4 different places around the big store. I walk with a cane, yet no one would assist me, other than to point to an aisle. Never found them and ended up leaving. Wont be back.

Love love Hobby Lobby. No matter what your hobby, its likely youll find what you need. Painting supplies: oil, acrylic, watercolor .. Brushes, paper, storage for supplies. Fabric by the yard. Home decor. Wreathmaking. Etc Etc.

One of the best Hobby Lobby stores Ive shopped - nice sized store, great inventory, good sales. Staff is usually friendly but there are a few of the younger clerks that probably shouldnt have customer-contact jobs.
