Best friggin place ! My daughters an I have a place to give reason why were getting all our artsy , geek squad and love of DIY projects out of our system and yes , I must say that my experience here is always great an the customer service representatives are available for you plus most likely, they will show you the best prices for whatever is your there for. Lol I love Hobby Lobby an I have been to find a good , educated and fun things that keep us busy on the weekends an I must say my daughters have put down the phone , tablets and are all about what moms BROUGHT back from HB ❣ 3 years old an 9 yrs old. My daughters ages and there are definitely something for any age group. My youngest daughter is getting better at painting herself. Yes ❣ I let them go for whatever they want to make, paint , create and I will have to say, this place is quality time together and have a blast with the girls everything we do. Thanks HB . This is my favorite place to buy yarn, specifically the I Love This Cotton! It works very well for amigurumi, which is what I mostly make. My husband and I bought all the supplies for our wedding centerpieces here (they were not made of yarn). Some bummers: this location, like all Hobby Lobbies, does not have barcode scanners. The cashiers have to look at the sale flyer for every single item and then type in the corresponding price. As a result, you really have to watch them to make sure they charge you correctly. (That can be a bit inconvenient for the customers but is probably more annoying for the employees. SORRY, GUYS.) Once, a cashier absolutely refused to give me a puzzle for the sale price because she said it was not "holiday decor," even though the sale sign was taped to the shelf holding the puzzles. It was very odd. By her reaction, one would think it was HER puzzle, which she had slaved over for hours and hours. (It was a mass-produced puzzle of puppies in front of a fire place.) Overall pretty nice craft store.

This is a new store location. The store open at 9am. I arrived 9:10am soon following with two other customers walking up. I called the store to verify the time they opened. The rep said " it is suppose to be 9am. Someone forgot to release the doors". Although I like the store merchandise inside this situation leaves a bad taste in my mouth.So in times when myself and others have things to do or things to buy I wont rely on this store location to be available when I need them. I am still standing at the store while writing this review in 43 degree weather( floridians know this is cold!) and waiting for the doors to open unfortunately I wont keep waiting as I have to get to work!

I LOVE Hobby Lobby. I will travel long distances to get to one because no other stores combine crafts, material and home decor together in one like they do! And I love the sayings on the home decor - such positive messages to decorate the rooms of my home with! I do wish there were more workers available on the floor - I often have to go find them, but I have to do the same at Michaels and JoAnns as well - and they are NO WHERE to be found at Big Lots lol. I respect Hobby Lobby for standing up for what they believe in, but even if I didnt, the products and customer service is superior to the competition. I assume the crowds are because others feel the way I do:)

This is the Walmart of craft stores!! Unfriendly and straight out rude employees along with zero customer service. Hobby Lobbys customer service manager suggested that I approach strangers in the store or parking lot, and ask them if I could use their cell phone to show a lousy coupon to the cashier...... This was the final straw for me to never shop here ever again after many years or loyalty!!

Ive always like the store, however the staff was amazing this past weekend! I had a complicated situation (cabinet too big, live in Tampa, tranportation, etc) and they were fabulous at helping me. Miranda and Cynthia especially were great. Keep up the good work!

Enjoyable location, they have a good variety of both from scratch and neat projects. Prices are comparable to most other craft stores. I did not take any classes but they had a full list of calendar classes available for those wanting to learn more.

The sales that the have are a blessing. The only drawback is one coupon per visit and the closet store is about 25 miles away.
