Husband and I own a local auto upholstery biz. I come in this store once to twice a month and spend $400-600 each visit. We went in today to horrible rude service after we had to wait for 20 mins at fabric counter. Then the lady at the register refused my coupons. This store gets worse each time I visit. Its gotten really dirty and the employees would rather stand around and talk then help a customer. The ceilings and light fixtures are covered in webs and bugs! Today this store store lost a $100 sale, not to mention my future biz!!!
