Someone Else

Its unfair when I have a 40% off regular priced item but the item is on sale for 20% off. So their crappy sale is screwing me out of my coupon. They should have charged me full price then accept my coupon or adjust for the difference like stores with better customer service do. In addition, the sale sign said the 20% sale expired but it still rang up in the computer. Not my problem!!!

I hate, hate, hate, this store!! Especially the sewing department. The older lady that tends to the sewing department is rude, unhelpful, and if you dont have one of their new, snazzy machines, she is very reluctant to help. The prices are ridiculous! Dont go here if you can avoid it. I would rather drive out to Cleveland. At least then I would get some decent customer service.

to address the previous review...the Viking sewing center is a leased dept. ... they * do not* work for JoAnn Fabric & crafts... therefore they do not have to help Jo Ann customers shop/answer questions unless they want to. They are there to sell Viking sewing machines, parts & classes.

The customer service isnt good. I went in there looking for halloween costume patterns when I asked why they werent in the drawers and if they were someplace else, the lady just shrugged and said they are there somewhere and walked away. She was a Joanne employee not Viking.

Seems to be a good store my mistake was ordering and paying ahead the employees were clueless in handling this feature. I had to stand at the register smelling the cashiers B.O. for more than 15 minutes to get my "quick and easy," pick up.

They used to have more actual "craft" related things. Now they got more silly items there. The main thing I love there is the clearance. You cat beat the prices. And the staff is knowledgeable for the most part about anything you may ask.

Always have a great selection, but not always the friendliest employees. Always have a coupon when you go there. They send them out by mail or sign up for their email coupons.

Typical crafting store. Decent selection, prices vary from reasonable to terribly overpriced. Often understaffed on the front end leading to long waits to check out.
