Very attentive and friendly staff. They all seemed genuinely interested in helping customers and greeting them. I went in looking for these bulk chains (which I later found out Hobby Lobby might have discontinued). An employee helped me look for them, asked to describe the product. He did whatever he could to help out, even recommended the other options available or that I check the clearance since the product might have been discontinued. He later checked up on me to make sure I found what I wanted.

I love my local Hobby Lobby. Even my husband calls it my "happy place". I go there and just get lost for hours and never come out empty handed. Always great items at great prices! My favorite time to go is in the Fall. So many great deals!! I just cant help myself. And whenever I plan a private party, I always got there first because Im sure to find everything I need for decor there. And if I need to return something, there is never any hassles. I simply love it!

Nice selection but you can only use 1 coupon (40% off) at a time. If you can wait, and want store brand items they often have a blow out sale most store brand items are 50% off, no coupon needed. Unless of course your only buying one thing, in which case they always have a 40% coupon on their app.

Hobby Lobby is like JoAnns on steroids. Only complaint is that all the stores have different floor plans, making it sometimes difficult for those that are running into pick up something quickly.

I hate this place. Its huge and there is no employees walking around to show you where anything is. It took me a half an hour to buy something just because I couldnt find it and had NO HELP.
