I will never return to this location. I spend A LOT of money at places like Hobby Lobby and Michaels because I have a home based business. Today I really felt profiled and treated like a peasant. I spent 30 mins walking around looking for an associate so that they could bring me a Cricut machine from the back (they keep the display box on the shelf). I was finally told to go up front and they would bring one out when I get there. Matthew rang up my items and I presented a check for payment. I gave him my check and my passport. He opened a book (instructions in accepting a check) and began writing on my check. He then ran the check through the system it came back APPROVED and he wrote that approval number on the check. The last step was to get approval from his manager. She came over, saw all of the information was correct and looked on their return check list (I was not on it). I guess that wasnt good enough so she took it to her big boss. He told her that he needed my ID instead of my passport (makes no sense). After presenting him my ID, he came from the back, looked at me and pulled out his cell phone to call the bank... this is the part that pissed me off. Im sure thats out of the ordinary and Im sure that plenty of people have written checks. I felt like he was only doing that because of my color. I have written several checks to Hobby Lobby & never felt this way. It would have been different if he would have came over to introduce himself or explained the issue. My son had an appointment and I didnt have time to stand and wait on him so I paid with my credit card (something I dont like to do for my business). I had to go and request my check back from him& he seemed lost that i was asking for it back. As i spoke with my husband, i will return all $396 worth of merchandise back to the store on tomorrow and take my business somewhere else!

I first checked out his location shortly after they opened and was not happy with the selection or customer service compared to the other locations. I decided to give it another shot tonight. Unfortunately I didnt realize you need to call and make sure someone is there to help you cut mat board in the framing department. We drove 25 minutes to get there and showed up 2 hours before close to be told the framing person had already gone home. They told us to call tomorrow and confirm she was there. Framing is a large part of this store and I dont understand how you can just close that let go the store 2 hours early with no warning. Ive never had issues at any of there other locations so I guess the end result is I need to stop trying this location so I can stop being disappointed.

Wow for customer service!!! Here it is before Christmas and you are busy and dont want to run all over the place to find the item that you need for your project, so I called and the phone was answered promptly and courteously. My call was transferred to the correct department. Again answered promptly and the employee willingly checked to make sure the item I needed was there. It was such a pleasure to be treated respectfully and kindly. I LOVE this store and now I really, really appreciate the helpful employees that work there. Thank you Hobby Lobby and Merry Christmas!

It was a terrible experience. Got there 7:45 pm. The store does not close till 8 and the staff turned all the lights out in the store. They were checking out people in the dark. How rude. They were in such a hurry to close and go home that they made the customers finish there shoping and check out in the dark. Who does that, turn off all the lights before closing time. I worked in retail you never to that to your customers. I will never go back to this location.

I love there selections. The workers are always friendly and I enjoy the Praise and Worship music playing throughout the store. Love the sales and their coupons on their app. I appreciate the cashier who went above and beyond to get me out of the store when the registers were packed and I only had one item. She saw me in line, came over to get me, rund me up and went back to working. God bless you!!!

I love this place and could spend a lot of time and money there, if I did not have some restraint! Beautiful home decor and ample crafts supplies. I go there for scrapbook supplies. One less star because they do not have scanners at the register so sometimes that makes for checkout difficulties especially for sale items.

Treated badly. This is the second time I have had issues the staff is either not authorized to assist in our just dont seem to care to help. Im really not sure which it is..but I ended up having to leave 2 baskets of product sitting in their store. I guess they didnt really need my $400.00.

Good place to find your random crafting needs. They have coupons online and in an app. The cashier didnt apply my coupon to the correct item, so pay attention. Closed on Sundays (for family and worship) so thats a bit inconvenient for those of us that dont care about that.

Huge selection of art supplies, craft and decorative items. All the basics and more for drawing and painting. The largest selection of artificial flowers Ive ever seen. Including roses bigger than my head. They had some surprisingly modern molded clear plastic chairs.

This was a great experience. A first for me, and not at all a let down. They have so much stuff for absolutely everyone. I left with my creative juices flowing at full speed. Also, there are coupons available online for this store, which is definitely a plus.

Love the store but after making my choices, standing 6th in line at the only open register, while watching 4 employees walking around in s a bit frustrating! This has happened EVERY time I have been there, which is about once a week!
