the store is great- has everything you need for crafts . horrible customer service . literally had to chase someone down to get them to help me find fabric paints- and after i did finally get their attention, they pointed me back to where i was and left me once again . no one ever welcomes you into the store and no one ever seems to be doing anything except socializing at the register. would not recommend if you dont know what to look for.

This Jo-Ann Fabrics store is big and offers a lot of stuff. Great selection on holiday items and a large selection of non-fabric materials. This store was clean and the employees were nice/helpful. However, this place was crowded and the fabric side was slow...took 30 minutes or so just to get fabric cut.

Great sales, tons of coupon discounts and everything you could ask for in crafting supplies. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Lines are almost always long but move relatively quickly. Im never disappointed by this because the cashiers are so attentive to the individual customer.

Big selection but HORRIBLE customer service! Manager was RUDE and refused to help! Had to call my credit card company from the parking lot! Store is laid out in a very inconvenient manner. If youre not a frequent customer, and have to ask a question, BEWARE THE WRATH!

The employees are always so nice and helpful. Whenever I come they are never crowded. The store is clean and the items are sorted so it is very easy to find things. Also they always have great deals and offers.

Staff has been rude to me the past three times Ive been there. Everyone has bad days and Im sure retail is no picknick, but when I need something from this store I exhaust my other options first.
