The store has made me rethink supporting any kind of minimum wage hike, because the employees here should be paid less. I went in last night in search of some foam and upholstery tacks. It took me 30 mins to find someone to help me (after taking a number and being skipped. They dont actually call the numbers so dont bother). When I finally got someone to talk to me she just gestured in the direction of the back of the store and said theyre both in the upholstery section. The store is huge and there are many aisles packed with product. I needed help finding my items and literally no one in the entire store was willing to help. I will never go back here. Not to mention their prices are ridiculous. When I finally did find the foam I needed for my project it would have cost me $80 to buy it... Found it elsewhere for $14. Its places like this that make me want to buy exclusively online.

I went to the store for the first time today. I was trying to find some Triple Thick Glaze to complete a project I was working on. I could not find it and decided to check out. I told the cashier Claudia what I was looking for. She volunteered to get it for me but I told her that I would get it because there was a long line. She was spot on with her directions and even found me coupons to reduce the cost of my overall purchase. If her patience and professionalism is a sample of the other staff members, they are on the right track. I was also impressed with the size of the store and the selections. Awesome experience and Kudos to Claudia.

This is my favorite location. They have such a nice variety of fabric. The baking section is really nice with all the variety of pans and Wilton tips. The only downside is that whenever they have an awesome 60% off coupon you can rarely use it because they put almost everything 10% off. So you cant use it on sale items. I drive past the Jo-anns Tavarees ( poor selection, small store, unfriendly employees) to come here to shop. Much nicer here

My hat is off to this location and its fine staff. Never having shopped at any JoAnn before, I was very impressed with the level of service I received from multiple staff members. They were courteous and an absolute pleasure to work with. And they managed this with a busy store but with a small staff! Many retailers could learn a thing or 2 if they were able to provide customer service as good as I received. I will be shopping there again.

Employees were willing to assist me with locating the item I was looking for, but they were not very knowledgeable about the products at all and were very confused as to where to even begin looking for the item. The whole entire store did not carry a simple craft item that can be found at any other craft store! Waste of time!! I shouldve just went to Hobby Lobby like I initially started to.

Went into the store today to get a glass with the lid to put my juice in.. (I love to juice) The store was empty I was waiting to be waited on for toooo long because all 3 cashiers were carrying on conversations with the customers. So if your in a rush I dont recommend you go to this location. Very Disappointed and walked out...Which is ok... Saved me some money...

Needed music fabric and frog fabric for my wife and my classroom. They have a large selection and lots of sales, too. Additionally, I stocked up on cool Halloween stuff, also on sale. Used several coupons when checking out. Saved a lot of money and walked out with better quality then anything I could have received locally.

Nice Large craft store with a wide selection of crafts and decorative items. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love that they offer coupons and you can use competitor’s coupons as well, and yes, multiple coupon use is welcome.

Bought a sewing machine from them and paid cash. Went to return it and they refused to give me a refund, even though I had a receipt. They said they had to "mail" me a check. 7-10 business days. Lame.
