Every time I go here, I am always amazed. The store has a cool look and the staff is always so polite, and quick to ask if they can help. The owner, Jenny, is absolutely amazing, and has the patience of a saint! The last time I was there, I waited for about 5 minutes while she helped a customer who was Christmas shopping. She was showing her different products when all of a sudden glass shattered. The lady had dropped an expensive piece of merchandise and broke it. The owner just stood there and politely smiled, as the customer went into repeat mode about how she couldnt believe she broke it. Finally she asked if she was going to have to pay for it, and offered to split the price with the owner. The owner agreed to split the cost with her. Then this lady totally decided she wasnt going to pay anything for it --AFTER SHE OFFERED! Made a bunch of excuses, and said she had to leave because "someone else wouldve just run out of the store." I couldnt believe it. She offered to split the cost, the owner agreed, and then she chickened out. I dont know what was more incredible -- witnessing that crazy lady -- or witnessing Jennys reaction. She just smiled, and politely nodded her head, and let her walk out. Ive seen owners go off on customers for breaking much less expensive stuff. Shame on that lady, but Jenny is a true professional.

HORRIBLE customer service! One day they accept credit cards. The next day they dont accept credit cards on purchases over $30 or they charge $2 fee. Next day they only accept debit cards or cash, no credit at all. Took away products I wanted when I said I just had brought my credit card and was prepared to pay the $2 fee. Because today they dont even charge a fee they just dont take credit cards. Rude staff that doesnt answer questions he just gives vague responses. I asked when a product would be back in stock and he said he doesnt know sometimes it comes sometimes it doesnt. What in the world kind of response is that?

Bought a cigarette rolling machine that did not satisfy my needs and when I took it back they refused a refund even though I had the receipt and just purchased it 2 days prior. In addition to this, the clerk was lazy and uninterested (didnt even greet me and I was the only one in the store) in my needs and the manager didnt even care about my dissatisfaction with earlier mention issue and was plain rude. I live 4 blocks from this hole and will drive 4 miles further where I can get quality service. "AVOID THIS PLACE" to many good merchants in the area that deserve your patronage.

I walked in barefoot and the dude inside went from zero to upset in one second and threw me out. Not today but a wile ago. Maybe he doesnt know there is no law requiring anyone to wear shoes in a store or anyplace else. Look up "barefoot health law" on the internet, all you will find is web pages that explain that there never was any health or safety law requiring people to wear shoes anyplace. Its just a dumb myth that wont go away. Had to walk a few more blocks to get cigarettes and my feet were OK.

Went in to check it out was interested in a cactus piece they had guy didnt know anything about it. I asked the price and he says (are you going to buy it or do you want the price) are you kidding man? I need the price to buy it!! this store sucks badd!!!!! worst customer service Ive ever had anywhere!!!! Despicable five thumbs down!!! Shop anywhere but here!!!!

One extremely rude staff member, angrily and rudely asked for ids after talking one step in the store. We were asked to leave after about 5 minutes of looking around. I was completely willing to buy something before being driven away by the horribly unhelpful and unwilling employee. Not a friendly place to be, I suggest looking at any other place before this.

Everyone is increadably knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and well taken care of by a staff filled with knowledgeable and friendly people. If you are looking for parts for a rig, incense, gars, bowls bongs and pipes. Look no farther one love is where its at. And the girl who works there named Kate is queen

Unbelievably horrible customer service! (Seems to be the common issue with this place) This is my neighborhood smoke shop and they have lost a lot of business from me alone. Its only a matter of time until he is forced to close his doors.

Not the best selection, prices are way higher than other stores in the region. Wont budge on any prices, driving away locals. Try the smoke shops in Seminole. Much more affordable
