Ive been shopping here for about 2 months now, as I spend $200+ a month on Kratom. I walked in the other day to picked up my usual stuff, the employee in his mid 30s with longer blonde hair decided to service 3 people who walked into the store after me, I decided to walk out after standing at the front counter watching him help 3 of his friends who walked into the store after me. Ive met the owner and he seems like a nice guy, its too bad his employees lack basic customer service skills, ill be getting my kratom else where from now on.

Kind, courteous, and helpful. Theyre knowledgeable of everything, and have a very reasonably priced shop. Everything that is american made is clearly marked, everything that isnt is properly priced! I go here whenever I need glass, or even just a lighter, the atmosphere is calm, and welcoming. Best shop for glass around!
