Awesome store! Not only do they have a kick ass selection of proper cigarette hardware (Kanger, Aspire, leaf, etc) the staff is super friendly. I recently broke the glass tank on my KangerTech SUBTANK min and Smokin Pipes is the ONLY ecigarette store in Pinellas that sells replacement tank parts on a Saturday evening. For this single reason alone they are now my GO-TO store for parts when Im in a bind =) Their prices are on par with most other brick and mortar stores

The couple that runs this place are very good people. Tyson is very nice, very knowledgeable and between the two of them, I wish them best of luck. They are always easy to deal with and have EVERYTHING you could imagine in their store. Tyson even went online in the store and showed me the difference in the E-CIG that I wanted to purchase and how his model was better. He shook my hand when I left and was very professional. Ill be back!!

Jayson was very helpful and knowledgeable great customer service and the store has awsome selection but just know the kid Mike with the long hiar is not cool I come in this place all the time and shop and he decides he wants to tax me on a purchase Ive made before and tells me thats what the price has always bin even though I know that thats a lie

I paid almost $100 for an ecig from here. After 3 days, it quit working. They said they dont do returns, even with the ecig company calling/emailing them with instructions to exchange it in store. Im out $100 because its not worth it for me to hold their hands through the exchange. Theres a better store 1/2 block away.

They dont stand behind their product. I purchased a vape pen...it was missing a part. They said to take it up wit the manufacturer--he wont give me my money back, wont provide any form of restitution. They ignore my calls. Customer service sucks.

Nice guys. Helped me out. Unfortunately pipe was completely fused but of course they exchanged it for me. Watch your mouth when u go in. Just ask them and theyll help. Know your budget and itll work.
