Nothing ever works the first time, upon purchase. I have purchased two expensive vapes here, neither worked correctly. Went back both times and "magically" the employee gets the 1st one to work properly after working on the product with some struggles. The 2nd one, battery was defective. . . and they handed it back to me....then felt like it was a wish of luck & a discouraging level of customer service. I should have gotten a whole new complete box, not an old battery exchange. Ironically, owners manuals were not in either of the boxes for the products I purchased. (( I suspect these are after market products sold at full price)). One of the items I purchased did not work at all from the jump, he said the battery needed to charge. That wasnt true. I returned to the store the next day, it wouldnt power on, so I asked to just return it and pick out something else. I was told "no returns" but I asked for an exchange (duh!) not to return the item. The return and exchange policy is not clear when you purchase and spend big money. I do have to say, however..... the Holiday location pissed me off the first and second times and I left. I did receive MUCH better customer service at the NPR location, and the guy helped me out . . All good.. I may shop at NPR but never Holiday ever again.

They didnt, have my brand of E-Juice in stock, so they called one of the nearby stores. And I was able to pick it up the next day!!!! The only warning that I would give is to take GREAT CARE of mentioning ANY support about Amendment 2, because the guy behind the counter FLIPPED OUT when I casually mentioned it to a fellow patron!!!! I was having a private conversation with another customer, when the worker behind the counter went ballistic. Now, true, they have a sign on the door that says things like "DONT CALL THEM BONGS, CALL THEM WATER-PIPES." And other similar rules. And I obeyed them to the "T". I didnt say pot, Marijuana, or weed. All I said was Im hoping DESPERATELY for Amendment 2 passes. No more, no less. And this was at the store in Holiday, and he refused, point blank, to sell me ANYTHING. So, I had no other choice but to go up to the Port Richey store. Which actually turned out to be a better experience. I still go to the Holiday store because its a lot closer. I am just A LOT more careful about the language that I use!!!!

bought a atoms kiln and did not work right off rip, went by the next day to swap it out and they just switched the battery. still didnt work when I got back home, called that same night and Chris who I think is the manager picked up the phone "go to the clearwater shop to exchange it, youll have no problems....." guy at the clearwater shop told me to get lost and go back to see Chris at the npr store....... Worst store ive ever been to. GO SUCK A LEMON SMOKING PIPES!!!! enjoy the $70 you made off me; Ill never buy your P.O.S allybaba Chinese made crap again

Second time Ive driven out there (called in advance to make sure they were open) only to get there and the store be closed. It really pisses me off. Especially since the guy knew I was heading there. 2 other customers in the parking lot that drove up there for no reason. I understand that hours can vary but if a customer calls in advance you better make sure you stay open til the time you tell them. Waste of time, money, gas and lost any opportunity to go somewhere else because everything was closing up. Obviously they dont care about their customers.

EXCELLENT quality "water pipes" (*wink* *wink*)... But, every time I finally settle on a favorite E-Juice, Chris decides to "discontinue it!!! Hey, Chris!!! If youre gonna discontinue items, at least replace them with a similar flavored item!!! Caramel and Vanilla ROCK!!!! Otherwise, its a GREAT store. And as the newer employees gain experience, they are almost as knowledgeable as the ones that have been there since the beginning....!!! But, Rocky needs to lighten up a little bit.... Hes WAAAAAAAAY too serious!!!

Got my kratom from here today. Not only did I get a better product from them they hooked me up with samples of other strains to try. Lady was really nice, had a great selection to look at and informed me they will ship to me so I dont have to make the drive out there. On top of all that it was cheaper to get my stuff here then anywhere else. A++ thanks Tina ♡

Huge selection and the best prices in town. Reasonable sized hand pipes 12.00 for a huge selection. Water pipes Ive seen around town for 50$ & up were only 28$ there. Fantastic. Stickers, incense. Anything you can imagine. Decorations, Jewerly, Grinders, e-cigs, vapes etc. Jeez this place has everything and very friendly too. Just walk in and say hi!

Dont forget not to mention the word bowl or any other slang term for pipe because they WILL not allow you to purchase anything and ask you to leave the property. Crazy ridiculous Florida laws on anything remotely related to paraphernalia (which the ENTIRE store is anyways).

Sells nice handmade water pipes but be prepared to pay top dollar, but like I said they are hand blown glass so you are expected to pay a premium. There is also a selection of cheaper products but not much. Employees seem to be knowledgeable about products.

Meh. Unless youre spending over 100$ most all the glass is mass produced cheap stuff. 27$ for a cheap glass cigar? 14.99 @ marleys up the street. Ive been here 5 times and wont come back unless its a highmergency hehe. Prices are too damn High!
