If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS, I would. I bought several products from here and before even using one of them, it broke! Mind you, I paid quite a bit of money for SEVERAL items. I was very upset when I called the shop, just to hear them say (like they are brainwashed) that there is "nothing that they can do. No refunds and No exchanges"... so I asked them if I could leave my number for the owner/manager to call me. They wouldnt even take my number. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will NEVER go here again or NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

Been going to hookah sensation for the last couple of mouths they have vary helpful employees a grate selection vary cheep and reasonable prices and a amazing hookah lounge next door last time i was up there they where putting pool tables and dartboards definitely a one of a kind smoke shop and they definitely have my business if you get a chance check them out you will not be disappointed

They have a 0 return policy, so you have to be careful of anything you buy. I was buying a tobacco gift. The first one did not work so I had to go back to a different shop and buy a more expensive one. I finely got it right but , at least they tell you upfront. I know so little about the things they carry I would not risk buying anything over 20.00 unless I was 100% sure I understood it.

Worst smoke shop ever. The windows say largest pipe selection and they have the SMALLEST collection Ive EVER seen. Dont waste your time coming here just go somewhere else.
