I purchased a used game about a week ago from press play media. After 2 failed attempts to find the game I needed for a childs birthday at game stop I was reccomened to try this place out. I gave them a call and they had it!!! I got home and we all played the game. It worked in the two player mode but would not read the disk in story mode. I went to the store last night to return the game for my money, which the sales associate said I could do if I brought it back within 14 days... Apparently that is not their policy, the man who processed my return put the disk in a machine and told me that I would be taking the game home which I said, "Ill just take my money because Im not confident that it was fixed and that my console has done this before." I also explained what I was told by the sales associate. He told me that was not the policy, which had me upset since I live on the border of Jacksonville and didnt want to make the 45 minute drive to come back if the game was to not work again. The owner suggested that I wanted to play the game and return it, and ASKED ME IF I WAS HARD FOR CASH BECAUSE I REFUSED THE GAME! At this point I was irate and about to leave with nothing. I ended up getting my money back after arguing with this man for 15 minutes. I just want to say that Ive worked retail for a long time at many places, and am currently a manager for a high volume retail store and if I or any of my employees ever spoke to a customer this way we would be fired, no questions asked. Obviously he owns the place so I would proceed with caution with press play media. The sales people were awesome but the owner was a nasty man.

IF YOU WANT RETRO GAMES AT A GREAT PRICE GO HERE! I wish I could give more stars for this place than 5! I live in Jacksonville where other companies like Games Galore charge so much for retro games and have such a bad attitude that it makes you feel it is not worth it. However walking into a nicely decorated and fun place like press play allows you to be a kid again. Find retro games with ease and knowledgeable employees. Most (not all) of their retro game stations are around 50 dollars and in great condition. They get new stock often and will let you know when to check back in to see if they have something that you are looking for (you cant request games- but knowing when you can get the fresh pick of the lot is awesome)

I have been doing business with Press Play Media for probably over two years now and I have had nothing but an excellent experience going in and talking with the person behind the counter "mostly the owner" sometimes with another capable staff member that is there. I have bought game consoles,games and accessories from this store with workable prices and have all gotten the job done and the off chance it doesnt they make sure Im all taken care of and satisfied with a friendly attitude I will continue doing business with them most certainly. If you like talking about and playing games and enjoy the retro scene this place it for you. Keep it up guys you rock.

My husband had called them asking if they accepted Xbox 360s without the power cord accessories,the man we called said yes they accepted it but that we wouldnt receive much for it.we drove almost 40 minutes into town right after just for their doors to be locked and no sign saying they were on lunch or anything,also all lights were on including the open sign.so we waited in town for a good hour just to go back to be told that they would not take it.you guys have just lost two regular customers for good.ill think twice before even Calling if your going to tell your customer one thing then be rude and switch it up when they get there.thanks

Great products, bought an NES for $50 and Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt for $20 All were in good shape, the NES was even installed with a new 72Pin. The lowest price I could find on eBay way 2x more expensive than the one found at Press Play. 10/10
