We have shopped at quite a few Florida Gamestop locations and other game stores, as well, but have to say this particular store is our favorite. They recall us when we walk thru the door and actually treat us as (gasp!) Valued Customers! Staff has been candid about game content and it possibly being inappropriate for my child, even tho it cost them a quick sale. But in the long run this has earned my loyalty, and as the one who pays the check, that is what counts. They have been pro-active in getting us signed up for pre-releases, and have been nice about sharing promo materials, too. Even tho there are closer game sellers, this is where we choose to go.

This Game Stop is a joke worst experience ever. I recently moved to the area and wanted to pre-order Forza Horizon 3 ultimate edition so I came here. Well I did the minimum deposit. Well when I came in to put rest of money down to pay it off, they only put me down for the standard. After I said three times I wanted the ultimate edition the guy still screwed up and gave me wrong one. Now I cant change it and are being told that I ether have to wait for someone to cancel there ultimate edition order or wait an extra five days. Very disappointed with my experiance... never have I had an issue like this ever...

Man !!! worker named Ralph saved me 45$.. as to the other game stop on lake Mary blvd and lake emma didnt know squat. That guy should get fired for lack of knowledge! !!RALPH IF YOU EVER SEE THIS BRO YOUR THE MAN!!! this place rocks and ill for ever keep coming as long as workers like Ralph continue to work there.
