the first time i dealt with this store the employees left me on hold for 10-15 minutes so my girlfriend called on her phone and they took her call right away. 5 seconds later we were in the store and noone was even there... but luckily i just went back for the 1st time in over a year since then those employees are long gone and the man i spoke to was fantastic. not only did he help me with what i was looking for i asked if they had a pair of the original ps4 earpiece headset that came with it when you bought it and he had a pair laying around that he just gave me for free. im glad they got new friendly employees because i started going back again. i wish i remembered his name but either way great worker and restored my faith in gamestop

Staff has been really, really helpful and nice, finding games for me and putting things on hold. Theyre given good advice, too, about games to avoid because theyre buggy or poorly documented and games to buy because theyre great. Prices are comparable to other game stores. No idea what set Conor off, but Ive been going to this GameStop for years now and Ive always had great, attentive service.

Very friendly staff, however I bought a new game paid full price for a new "game" which was already opened once and then resealed by them. When I buy a new game I want a new game plain and simple. On top of them being overpriced this was a real kick in the teeth... Will not return to this gamestop.
