The people are friendly. The service is ok. I stood around waiting for one of them to check on a game that they did not have at this location and it took almost 45 min. I also did not like the buy 2 get 1 free deal cause it does not say anywhere in the fine print that it is the cheapest game you get free. Their computer just takes te cheapest game free. To me it is a version of bait and switch.

I dont know when these other people have been here and experienced a "great staff" but Ive never had a good experience here. The store is always disorganized and messy. Go to the Rock Hill stores they have much better staff and they actually have knowledge of the products.

Super friendly helpful staff. They make it very comfortable no matter what you experience is with various game systems or pop culture toys. They have a wide selection of toys and collectables and are eager to help you find something they dont have in the store.
