I love this place for several reasons. #1. A few months ago my PS3 got the yellow light of death and I really wanted it fixed but didnt want to pay a lot of money so I took it to a guy on craigs list (big mistake!). It broke within a week and then the guy suddenly wouldnt return my calls. I took it to UbreakIfix and they wanted like $200 to fix it with no guarantees. No thanks! I asked my local gamestop what I should do and a guy sent me to Gamers Inc. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of them but I was so wrong! The employees were so nice and helpful. They took my system in as a repair, quoted me a week to fix it, told me it would be $70 to fix and, if they couldnt, it would be free. They also told me I would get a 30 day warranty with it when I picked it up which was awesome. They called me a week later and told me that it had passed the 48 hour testing period and was ready for pick-up. I have had no problems with it since they repaired it and they even have a service where you can take it in for free 1-2 times a month to get it blown out. #2. They genuinely want to help you. I had a Pokemon yellow that wouldnt ever load so I called and they told me to bring it in. They said it was probably that the battery was going bad or it was really dirty. The guy opened it up, cleaned it out, and replaced the battery for me on the spot but not before saving my old file on this thing to ensure I wouldnt lose my data. He charged me $12 which was the cost of the battery only. There are so many more reasons why I love this place and shop there all the time but, to spare you the details, here is just a list. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable, the store is independent so its real people who care about the customers, they always try to find me the best deals on games, if they dont have a game they order it for me and they even shipped a game I bought for a friend to my friend in Texas, they have so many retro things I have no idea what to do with it all, they offer layaway services, they have cheap memberships with awesome discounts, they host cool tournaments (SSB and Halo 2), they have unique artwork, you can special request customization of controllers, consoles, canvases, light mods, etc. This is the place to shop if you want a great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable employees, unique things, retro games, and so much more. The ONLY complaint I have about this place is that it can get packed on the weekends so they need more employees but theyre still so young so itll definitely grow.

They have good customer service, but the store is poorly organized rare games in glass cases do not say there prices on the front so you half to ask at the front what the prices are. Good selection on some things and poor selection on other things. Very overpriced consoles snes there 99$ average retail price 70$ same condition 2 controllers all cords. 30$ more is terrible if you ask me P.S. I got my snes for 70$ at a retro store in the US so yeah and mine was cleaned and tested. Next I bought a copy of Act Raiser for by snes and It doesnt work I live on the other side of the continent in a different country and Im stuck with a broken game. I cleaned the cart because it looked like garbage on the back I cleaned the pins and it doesnt work. Oh yeah there return policy is also terrible. you can only get things back in store credit not in real money even if you have a receipt. for new games you get a used replacement copy lol game stop is better your better off with amazon. only buy things like controllers, games that use disks, memory cards and ac adapters there you go, my opinion hope this helps.

This store use to be good but now they cant tell if they want to be a video game showoff/museum or a store. They display games/systems/accessories that they should be selling as if theyre trophies instead of items they should be trying to sell to keep in business. The prices are way higher than they should be for a brick and mortar store. When your prices are higher than ebay (with already inflated prices) you know something is wrong. The employees "greet" you when you walk in, but then act like youre a bother. They dont bother to clean any of their older games, even a little. A little goo gone and a brush works wonders on the carts and cases; we did it at Rhino, it wasnt that hard. Honestly this place was a better deal when it was play n trade. Thought them breaking off would have been good, but it just turned into greedy collectors who want to show off their traded games and not actually sell them at a reasonable price. Pretty hard when youre getting on par with the lack of quality that GameStop has.

I have been to Gamers Inc. a few times now and have yet to feel totally defeated. Connor was wonderful and always has a smile on his face. I have watched him deal with rude customers and he remained calm and I have watched him deal with a customer who was mentally challenged and he was very sweet and treated him like "one of the guys". They work with you if you work with them and they know the true value of games. They dont just try to send you away with nothing because they honestly want both sides to feel like they won. They take anything from collectors editions to key chains and offer you cash or store credit. If you think that you cant get anything with store credit, you would really be surprised at the amount of product they really have- which is anything from figures to old retro games and they even have a decent movie selection too. Connor is by far the most noteworthy employee that I have done business with and is very fair and easy to work with. There should be more of him in retail businesses.

They have a great selection of games, but they are a bit on the high side. I used to go here all the time when I lived in Orlando, like 2-3 times a week. I would have given them a 4 star rating, but I just opened my NES top loader I purchased from here because it stopped working... holy crap! Ive always heard horror stories about bugs getting into old game consoles but I have never seen it. The fact that they put a warranty void sticker on this without actually opening it and inspecting it is a joke. I have to clean this thing up, and do my best to get rid of the insane amount of rust. I wouldnt be pissed about this if I didnt pay full market price for what turned out to be a roach motel. Id never think twice about buying games from here, and would give them 4 stars in that category, but Id never touch another system from here. To think I opened up my 3 genesis and Saturn and made them spotless before I traded them in... For very little store credit I might add.
