Sold my girlfriend an open copy of no mans sky for the same price as a new copy.. Which is whatever since we were so excited to play the game; however, it didnt come with the downloaded contend like it was supposed to and the game manual was missing. We went back to get the missing content today and they didnt have it so we tried to return it and they refused to let us because the seal had been broken even though we had just gotten it less than 24 hours ago. I dont recommend this GameStop.

I bought a used wii controller and it had battery acid on the inside. I also a xbox one. I had to take both of them back because they didny work. So I switched the xbox one for another one and that one also didnt work. I was really disappointed because I have played on other xbox ones and they worked perfectly fine. There used inventory is horrible. They say they test the used things that they get in, but obviously not.

Tanners customer service skills are lacking. Which is sad for a business that should be all about customer service. The dude actually made me cry. We now go to Blue Dragon in Ormond so I dont have to deal with GameStop anymore. My husband and I used to frequent this store also, but never again.

These jokers treat every customer like trash. I have attempted to come here on and off for 7 years and its like the General Manager or even District manager trains the employees to behave the way they do. If you go here be prepared to be talked down to and disrespected or flat out ignored.

Staff was curtious... visit was plesant.. but sent me out of the store with empty game containers... then my sister got rang up and also was handed a gamestop bag with the shelf game box and no game. Upon driving back to the store they rectified the mistake. Otherwise visit was awesome

Great staff. One specific girl is there almost all the time. Shes knowledgeable and efficient. They have a lot of inventory and are priced pretty well. GameStop franchise in general is a little low on trade in value though.

The prices are ok sometimes alittle too much. BUT there are 3 employees that work there that know a lot about games. And not just games but other cool shows, comics, and movies. Would go there just to talk to the employees.

Im still trying to understand why anyone shops at a Gamestop? They give you nothing for your games and their prices for accessories are higher than everyone else! Shop around, youll get far better prices elsewhere!

If I could rate this place lower I would... No basic knowledge of trade ins... No knowledge of current offers going on in their own store... And no sense of doing anything for the customer... A very shameful store

Long lines ans when i finally get to the front sold out manager snickered at me well you should preorder ended up across the street at Walmart they had a large supply of the game i wanted good job Johnny

Terrible service and i tried to sell a xbox but they said i dont have a certain sticker... Im going to buy that sticker on ebay and go elsewhere... I Hate GameStop!

They were very helpful when i gave them a price range and my catagories that i was looking for. I ended up buying Forza Horizon and Black Ops 2.
