Everytime I go to the deli there is an issue. I have told management and they could care less. This morning I was second in line or next to be served and there was 5 employees working behind the counter. One person helping the lady in front of me. 2 ladies were dancing, yes dancing behind the counter as I continue to wait. After 15 minutes I just left the cart in its place and walked out. Come on how hard is it to provide customer service. They have.pulled my reviews too. You would figure with Hellmart across the street Publix would be top notch on customer care. Another thing management does not look here either or acknowledge this review system. I will be trying to fid the Regional or District Manager. Be on notice Poiciana Publix I will be contacting Senior Management or CEO.

The worst Publix ever...management always seem to have a frown on their face...they dont greet you...everytime I go in there I hear the staff complaining about something...this Publix has become a big joke...management has to remember that the way the staff behaves starts from the top...get it together before someone else is hired to do so

Manager Claudia and Service Rep Stephanie extremely rude. My Wife found a dead fly in the salad we purchased. Disgusting. I have a 1 and 2 year old that couldve ate it. They didnt want to give me a refund even though I had the receipt. Told me to go get another one even after I advised I didnt want another one. Poinciana Publix garbage.

They are racist @ thus location. No one wanted to serve me cause. The manager at this time, 1:38pm, on this day, Wed may 31st 2917, lied to me about service and so did the pharmacy. Neither were willing to let me pay for an item, so I left it there and walked out. Horrible service, cause of my race.

I do my shopping there every week. Im in and out. I enjoy the sushi. I seems that Im always funding a by on get one every time I go. I get pretty much the same list of things every week. Just visited the pharmacy today and they had it ready by the time I bought a thing or two.

The workers are so nice store is always clean could use more workers in Deli always a long wait even if there is two people in front of me and not much space to stand in line while waiting for my lunch meat to be cut but this is one of my favorite grocery store

No one is friendly or have the faintest idea of customer service what so ever. Produce rots on shelf. Deli is a joke. The meat dept cant cut even steaks to save their life. Drive up the road and go to bellago this place needs to fire everyone and start over!

The store has gone to hell in past 6 months. Management courtesy in toilet Shelves improperly stocked items. Advertise on t v to stock up on sale items. When you get to register they say only one deal per customer. Im done with that bad attitude.

Love my local Pubix! I do wish, however, that there was an easier process for getting change to use in the water dispensers. Currently, the process involves buying something and requesting additional change; this is inefficient and antiquated.

I asked the lady in the bakery to help me find peanut free cupcakes and she told me everything comes in frozen and she didnt know. Read the package. I told the manager and he apologized.
