Horrible customer service every time I go in to this location. Im not sure if its because Im a female or what but this store is a "make your own rules" store. - Tried to return an online order. Waited in line for 20 minutes to be told that I had to have the card I used to return the item. I came back a week later and found out the return COULD be and was done WITHOUT the card. - Placed an online order for a part while I was at work ($5 total). Called ahead and said my boyfriend would be picking up for me and associate told me there would be no issue since he had the order number and I called. He goes to pick it up and there was an issue. Canceled the order - Placed an online order for some lug nuts. I go in to pick up the order a hour later to be told they were not in stock. I waited for 20 minutes while the associate ran around doing god knows what, waited for a manager just to be told they did have the order and it was in the holding area. My tune is precious to me. I feel like this store doesnt care about anyone who purchases online and especially if they are a female. I know about cars and what Im doing so sorry if that makes the staff here upset. I wont be back to this location.

Came in today on 4/4/17 to get oil filter for my car. First of all no book for the filters to look up the number for my car. I asked employee how to go about it, he said that I would have to go upfront. After seeing 3 people standing in line, I googled the part number and found the filter myself. I got into the line to pay for the filter there was 5 or 6 employees and only two on the counters. 10 min went by and me and another customer was running out of patience. He asked how much longer do we have to wait and got no response. To summit up my experience is that me and the other customer left without purchase. Customer service in this store is horrible. The management in this store needs to delegate to customer needs and not chitchat among eachother. I will not return to this location nor recommend it to my worst enemy.

If you unfortunately have to get a part for your car, last place you want to go unless you dont mind waiting at least 30 minutes while the employees are talking in Spanish to each other about nonsense unrelated to work or helping a customer out. I get better service at the worst bar in town. Some one higher up needs to come in and train these so-called employees about customer service. Also the way that you have to wait in line Is very inconvenient and confusing. Employees should realize that but they are too busy (gossiping). about baseball boxing or salseros. So if your car could make it take your vehicle elsewhere.

I went in and asked for a part for my car he could not not spell my car he could not give me any help he did not comprehend what I was asking for and when I asked for a miniature he said that he wasnt available I left the store without purchasing a single thing because the man acted like he was not intelligent. It was an absolutely horrible experience I ended up going to a different auto parts store and making a purchase elsewhere

I love this store! Great customer service from Ernie R. the store manager, Angel, Jaime, and Miguel. All of these guys were there from beginning to end with not giving up in helping me find what was wrong with the car. I appreciate how patient and courteous they all were about everything! I recommend this store to everyone that lives in the poinciana area. They have earned a customer for life.

Not friendly unless you speak Spanish, poor commercial service, Ernie took calls and handle other customers that came after me. After 30 minutes of no service, I left.

Had to order the part for my car. Said It was gonna be available on the 17th at 11am. Its almost 2 and they havent heard from supplier. Buying online next time.
