First of all if i could give zero stars i would, i knew exactly what i needed when i walked into the store the representative Alejandro insisted that he was a mechanic and i get a different piece and I listened to him and that was my mistake ill own up to that, i went home and tried it out and it didnt work for my vehicle of course, so i went back to get the piece i needed i showed alejandro pictures of my vehicle and what i was trying to do (i needed a new terminal connector for my positive battery post mine had corroded,became very loose to the point of coming off while driving) insisted that i needed the piece that i had originally came in for and while talking to this man he just up and walked away to try and prove a point by putting it on one of the batteries he had in stock i then walked over to the man and said that if he was actually listening he would understand that the piece would not work with my stock wire connectors i was not replacing the wires just the metal piece that connects to the battery he just chuckled and said that he was a mechanic and it would work if i was doing it right, i again tried to explain that the piece i have on my car made the piece i bought too long and it wouldnt connect, the next time i just simply bought the wrong piece cause i was going to strip the wires then realized i wouldnt have enough wire left if i did, when i returned to the store to get to an alternate plan to just widen the whole in the connector that was stock for the car he remained to mock me saying he was a mechanic and im doing it wrong to be in the store so often buying different pieces and he was very rude and unprofessional he should just allow me to buy whatever i want with my money a friendly input is fine but dont try and force your opinion just because you think you know so much, every car is different any actual mechanic knows that and one piece might not fit all mine original plan worked just fine and only took 5mins, i will not be returning to this store at all ever. Ive included pictures of my broken terminal the connector that connects my wires together and the finished product with my plan

Richie was great! I was a little frustrated with an online order of rotors for my Volvo. Richie was very helpful in getting everything sorted out. It turned out that I was at fault for ordering the wrong parts but he didnt give me a hard time about it. He even helped me replace my windshield wiper afterwards =) Great service and I will definitely be back!

Absolutley horrible customer service BOTH ... of the so called managers working around 6pm today have NO damm clue what there doing neither of them even knew how to fix a simple transaction also after waiting almost 20 mins in line just pay NEVER EVER...... will i come back to this location extremly RUDE!!!!

Same auto care items are available in wall Mart at cheaper prize. They running business specially in auto industry so they should keep law prize. For other machinery stuff its good. Customer service is on average. I find out good customer service in other city branch but here not so good.

Extra very polite people like this AutoZone and I visit all of them quite often. Very helpful they greet you when you walk in the door and help you find what you need.

This people are way too slow. They just dont care about the customer. Only 5 people in front of me. Almost an hour and i was still in line! Worst place to be.
